The specific antigen is associated with 43 kDa protein tightly. Antigenicity was inactive by heat or SDS treatment. The antigen appeared a ladder-like bands occurred in PAGE without SDS. These results suggest that serotype specific antigen of strain ATCC 33277 is a 66 kDa protein which is associated with 43 kDa protein.
